Third International Conference. Past and Present of the Mongolic Peoples Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, August 26-28, 2009

Dear Colleagues:
It is our great pleasure to invite you to participate in the third International conference “Past and Present of the Mongolic Peoples” will be held in Mongolian State University of Education, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia on August 26-28, 2009.

As we know that the Mongolic peoples living in Mongolia, the People’s Republic of China, Russian Federation, and other countries. In this conference we will invite many researchers and specialists in Mongolian studies and ecological system, to discuss from various viewpoints the past and present dynamics of Mongolian and the Mongolic peoples, with reference to history, traditional religions, language, literature, arts, international relations, culture exchange, dairy products, pastoral ecology and environment.

One symposium and four sessions will function during the conference:

Symposium: Thinking together on pastoral ecology and environment

Session 1: Issues of history, traditional religions and customs
Session 2: Issues of Mongolic language and dialects, and their change
Session 3: Issues of literatures, oral traditions and arts
Session 4:Issues of International relations, Culture exchange and dairy products

The fee of conference is 20$. It is includes registration and printed matters.
If you wish to participate, please so inform us about the subject of your report by August 15 , 2009. Send your abstract to Tokusu Kurebito at the address bellow and to arrive no later than August 20, 2009 by email (in plain text or in PDF format).
